Live inventory and offers — upload inventory directly, sync from Google Sheets or connect your system via API, push live availability, pricing and floor plans instantly, build milestone or percentage payment plans, and create time-limited offers that auto-expire.

Sales team and performance — manage your Director, Manager and Sales Agent hierarchy with role-based access, track performance by team, manager or individual agent, and run a daily activity checklist for agents.

AI-powered sales tools — client-ready project presentations in seconds, DLD-backed Dubai community and transaction reports, branded sales offers with payment plans and ROI breakdowns, all shareable via link, PDF or WhatsApp.

Events and reach — create roadshows and events, set capacity, manage broker registrations, and tap into Elbricko's international brokerage network.

Platform and security — role-specific dashboards, secure JWT authentication with role-based access control and 2FA support, real-time email and WhatsApp notifications, a full audit log, and a mobile-responsive PWA experience.

Developer Terms at a Glance

Subscription fee — AED 24,000 per developer, per year, payable upfront on signing. Covers full Developer Portal access with unlimited projects and unlimited team members. Invoiced by The Founders Network Project Management Services (DED License No. 1249173).

Term and renewal — 12-month initial term, auto-renewing annually at the then-current fee, with 30 days' notice before renewal.

Cancellation — either party can exit at renewal with 30 days' written notice. Access is suspended early only for material breach, with a cure period first.

What you provide — accurate inventory, pricing, floor plans and payment plans, and confirmation that you hold the legal right to market and sell every unit listed.

Broker distribution — live inventory, pricing and offers reach connected brokers instantly. Time-limited offers auto-expire on your set date; Elbricko facilitates the channel but never negotiates or closes deals for you.

Data, IP and confidentiality — your project data and content remain 100% your property. Elbricko owns the platform and receives only a limited license to display your listings; your data is never shared with other developers.

Liability — the platform is provided "as is" with no guaranteed number of leads, brokers or closed sales. Liability on either side is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months, except for fraud or willful misconduct.

Governing law — UAE law, exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
